Abstract
The concept of level of service has been developed by planners and designers to provide some degrees of sensitivity in the processes of design and capacity analysis for buildings facilities. The objective of the paper is to trace, survey, analysis and evaluate the results of these studies, also aims to outline the framework of this concept and how to develop it for airport design.
