Abstract
Circulatory adhesion molecules(sICAM-land sVCAM-1) have been recently detected in the serum of normal subjects and in the serum of patients •with chronic renal failure , also Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) is proved to have a role in expression of the adhesion molecules. For these causes we studied 30 patients with chronic renal failure on haemodialysis and ISapparently healthy control subjects not suffering from renal diseases and we determined the level of TNFa, slCAM-1 and sVCAM-1 before and after haemodialysis and also in control group . We found that the level of sICAM-lfSVCAM-1 and TNFa was highly significantly elevated before haemodialysis compared to their levels after haemodialysis p
