Abstract

Research Abstract Research Title: "Measuring the tactical thinking of the server player in the sport of volleyball. Researcher Name: Ahmed Al Maghawry Mrwan Al sayed The research aims to measure the tactical thinking of server player, and is achieved by - design a scale to measure the tactical thinking of server player, as well as to identify differences in thinking tactical-related performance of serve skill between each of the coaches and players, and then identify the differences in tactical thinking between each of the setters and hitters. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The study was conducted on a sample in which 6 coaches, 59 for players - (12 setters .47 hitters) of the coaches and the players first class teams, excellent (A) and participants in season 2009 / 2010 and this deliberate manner, The results of this study showed. Validity of a measure tactical thinking to the server player There is statistically significant differences between coaches and players in the total scale scores of tactical thinking . There is no statistically significant differences between the setters and hitters in the total degree for the tactical thinking scale . There is no statistically significant differences between the setters and hitters in all axes of the scale .
