The research aims to design an educational program proposal for the use of multimedia for the second year students in the Faculty of Physical Education. It was the use of the experimental method and the study sample included 80 students from the second year students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Benha University. And it was one of the most important results of the study that: Outweigh the experimental group That have been used tutorial proposed on the control group used traditional way (phonetic explanation practical performance model). And from recommending the use of proposed program using multimedia in learning the skills of water polo .
