The research aims to develop a proposal educational program to learn about the impact of the use of harmonic capacity to learn the skill of the triple jump, researchers used experimental method for two experimental one and the other officer, on a sample of 32 students from the First Division at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys Banha University. The results showed superiority of the experimental group used the proposed educational program to the control group in the level of performance skills to the skill of the triple jump. The researchers have recommended that the use of harmonic capacity when teaching the skill of the triple jump and the use of new aqueous medium as a medium for learning and generalization of this study in other skills
