Abstract
This study represents the results of a reconstruction procedure de-signed to decrease anterior tibial subluxation due to disruption of the anterior cruciate ligament. The operation combines both intra - ar-ticular and extra - articular methods using the semitendinosus tendon and ilio-tibial tract.
