Abstract
this study include measuring the activity of alpha glucosidase in the seminal fluid in 30 men who had offisprings and in another group of patients in 34 who has obstructive azospermia .surgical exploration eas done to evaluate the vas or the spermatic cord or the ejaculatory duct.
