Abstract

The present study belong to the interaction studies (traits x treatments), where the aim was to detect the impact of educational interaction treatment of the use of advanced organizers, and personality traits (extraversion / introversion) on the academic achievement of college students in the Sultanate of Oman. Has been applied to measure extraversion / introversion of battery Eysenck personality (E.P.Q) of 128 female students from the middle College Rustaq Sultanate of Oman, was grouped into two groups based on the degree of mediator in the scale of extroversion / introversion. And was all set to up to two different educational treatments for (7 seven) weeks from the first semester of 1991 in the curse of Educational Psychology. The results of the study on the existence of statistically significant differences between male and female students extraversion/introversion in academic achievement for students introversion, as shown by results of the study outweigh the educational treatment of the use of advanced organizers in teaching compared to address the lack of use. Also, the study results showed a statistically significant differences in academic achievement interaction (traits X treatments), where a group of female students introversion, outperformed who use them to address organizations developed compared to the rest of the groups interaction. The results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies of research.
