تعد ظاهرة الأطفال في ظروف صعبة من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تحظى بالاهتمام في الآونة الأخيرة سواء على النطاق العالمي أو المحلي، حيث تقف كإحدى الظواهر التي تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمع ككيان اجتماعي. وقد حدثت هذه الظاهرة نتيجة تفاعل مجموعة من العوامل المجتمعية مع بعضها البعض، وليس لعامل واحد القدرة على إنتاج وانتشار هذه الظاهرة بمفرده. لهذا فإن هؤلاء الأطفال ضحايا للعديد من العوامل المجتمعية المختلفة سواء الداخلية أو الخارجية التي أدت بهم إلى أن يسلكوا مسلكاً يأخذ سمة الانحراف في المجتمع. لذا نحن أمام ظاهرة متعددة الجوانب ومعقدة وبالغة الخطورة مما يدفعنا إلى الاهتمام بها وإلقاء الضوء على العوامل المجتمعية التي أحدثتها أو شاركت في وجودها وما يرتبط بها من متطلبات وآليات تفرضها هذه العوامل للقضاء على تلك الظاهرة أو الحد من انتشارها. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق ذلك. Societal Factors for the Phenomenon of Children in Hard Circumstances and how to confront them Abstract: The phenomenon of children in hard circumstances is one of the social phenomena that have received attention in recent times, whether on a global or local sites, as it is considered as one of the phenomena that threatens the security and stability of society as a social entity. This phenomenon occurred as a result of the interaction of a group of societal factors with each other, and no single factor has the ability to produce and spread this phenomenon alone. Therefore, these children are victims of many different societal factors, whether internal or external, that led them to take a path that takes the characteristic of deviation in society. Therefore, we are facing a multifaceted, complex and extremely dangerous phenomenon, which prompts us to pay attention to it and shed light on the societal factors that have caused it or participated in its existence and the requirements and mechanisms associated with it imposed by these factors to eliminate this phenomenon or limit its spread. The descriptive approach was used to achieve this.
