Abstract
In acute STEMI, echocardiography is applicable for the evaluation of wall motion abnormalities. Speckle-tracking echocardiography (STE) is a new noninvasive imaging technique that quantitatively analyzes global and regional myocardial function. .so our study aiming to evaluate the role of speckle tracking as a prognostic tool in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
