استهدف البحث الحالي تنمية مهارات الفهم الاستماعي الأكثر مناسبة لدارسي العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى في المستوى المتوسط، وذلك باستخدام مبادئ النظرية اللغوية العربية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد قائمة بمهارات الفهم الاستماعي، كما تم إعداد اختبار في مهارات الفهم الاستماعي، وقد تم تطبيق الاختبار قبليًّا على مجموعة البحث والتي تكونت من (12) دارسًا ودارسة من دارسي العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى في المستوى المتوسط، وتم التدريس لهذه المجموعة باستخدام مبادئ النظرية اللغوية العربية، ثم تطبيق الاختبار بعديًّا على هذه المجموعة، وقد توصل البحث إلى فاعلية استخدام مبادئ النظرية اللغوية العربية في تنمية مهارات الفهم الاستماعي لدى دارسي العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى في المستوى المتوسط. الكلمات المفتاحية: مبادئ النظرية اللغوية العربية- الفهم الاستماعي- الناطقون بلغات أخرى. Using the Arabic linguistic theory principles for developing the intermediate-level non-Arabic speakers’ listening comprehension skills Abstract The aim of the present research is to develop the most suitable listening comprehension skills among intermediate-level non-Arabic speakers, through the use of the Arabic linguistic theory principles. To achieve this goal, a list of listening comprehension skills was prepared, and a test was prepared in listening comprehension skills. The present research followed the one group pre/post- test design. In this design, the dependent variables are measured before and after the experiment. The listening comprehension test was administered to the sample (N=12) prior the application of the theory as a pretest. After teaching the study sample using the Arabic linguistic theory principles, the listening comprehension test was post administered. Findings of the study revealed that the listening comprehension skills were developed among intermediate-level non-Arabic speakers as a result of teaching using the Arabic linguistic theory principles.
