Filariform larvae of gtrongyloides ster coral is can live in dark to about 10 days. Direct sunlight was found to bo lollial Lo the larvae within two days. The favourable temperature to its life cycle is betweer 20 C-27 C. Many chemicals were used Cor their larvicidal action, potassium chloride, sodium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, sodium hydro¬xide and hydrochloric acid in various concentrations of 5% 2.5% , 1%, 0.5% and 0.25%.
