Abstract
Magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles were prepared and characterized using different techniques. Particle size in the range of 8-17 nm was obtained. The effect of both - radiation and particle size on each of electrical and magnetic properties were studied. Each of particle size, morphology, electrical conductivity, dielectric constant and magnetic properties are found to be strongly dependent on each of preparation method, reaction conditions and - irradiation process.
