The aim of this study to investigate the reality of the students` use of e-learning technologies based on computer, mobile phone and internet at the faculty of education, Benha University. Look at the differences of the students’ using e-learning technologies patterns of their specialization (computer, other disciplines), sex. Study samples consist of 115 students aged between 18-25 yaer; (80 females. 35 males). Findings indicate that the computer group students use computer for writing documents by using Microsoft word program. The other disciplines group students use computer to play games without accessing to the internet/web. There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups relevant to specialization. Similarly no statistically significant differences were found due to sex variation. The two groups use mobile phone to call people. The rate of calling people in computer group is higher than other disciplines group. There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups relevant to specialization. Similarly no statistically significant differences were found due to sex variation. The two groups use the web to browse general information e.g news holidaying, event timetables. The rate of browsing general information in the computer group is higher than other disciplines group. There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups relevant to specialization.
