Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether bilateral opportunistic salpingectomy (BOS) in premenopausal women has any detrimental effect on ovarian reserve (OR) and if this increases surgical consequences in women undergoing vaginal hysterectomy (VH)/Non-Descent vaginal hysterectomy (NDVH).
