الملخص
Textile printing is becoming a well-known technology in the textile wet processing industries for all fibers, textiles, and garments. Textile printing seems to be the most versatile and widely used way for imparting color and pattern to textile fibers. A successful print requires precise color, sharpness of mark, levelness, and efficient dye use. Pectin is a complex polysaccharide combination that accounts for around one-third of the dry cell wall material in higher plants. Pectin's capacity to form gel is dependent on molecular size and degree of esterification (DE). Different sources of pectin have different gelling ability owing to variances in these characteristics
