الملخص
Significantly high incidences of I.H.A.T. and I.F.A.T. positivity were found in dysentric group than in choronic amoebic patients .While the least incidences were found in asymptomatic cyst passers .Also higher sensitivity rate was found by I.H.A.T THAN I.F.A.T in choronic and asymptomatic cyst passers
