Objective: We aimed to assess serum levels of Cystatin C (Cys C) and βeta2 Microglobulin (β2M) in juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE) patients and investigate their role as potential biomarkers of lupus nephritis (LN) and overall disease activity.
