Also in group 1 there are varation in the concentarion of the different parameters in the synovial fluid according to the severity of the disease comparing to its serum level . conclusion : estimation of of IL1, IL6 and TNF alpha in Synovial fluid more better than serum as a prognostic value in rheumatoid ariritis but if it is not available serum sample could be used for diagnosis of disease activity.
