In this work we are concerned with the definition and some properties of the
discontinuous dynamical systems. Then , we study a discontinuous dynamical system . The existence, uniqueness and the continuous dependence on the initial da ta of the solution will be prove d. The local stability at the equilibrium
points will be studied. The bifurcation analysis and chaos will be discussed.
