The researcher used the descriptive manner survey, chose researcher representative sample of the research community and the number (227) individuals from within the research community, has been divided into a number (27) individual to find a transaction validity and reliability of the form questionnaire under discussion and to conduct the survey, and the number (200) to make the final application of the questionnaire.
The researcher used to collect data personal interview and questionnaire designed by the researcher and the researcher make the appropriate statistical treatment.
