Through history, architects try to manifest nature. Contemporary shift in scientific interpretations of nature is influencing man nature relationship. This paper explores systematically the ways in which scientific models of understanding nature are reshaping theory of contemporary architecture. In particular, it addresses the link existing between the scientific revolutions and architecture manifestation of nature, it investigates the contribution of natural scientist to the formulation of contemporary cosmoginic architecture. Beside it investigates the logic behind contemporary architecture manifestation of nature.

To achieve this goal this paper go through three interlocking stages, The first is to investigate the changing ideals in architecture manifestation of nature, the second is to introduce a comparative analysis between mechanical versus complexity natural scientific, with deriving, exploring and comparing their concepts, and investigate their analogous reflections on modes of architectural manifestation of nature. The third to introduce a comparative analysis between different logic of architecture manifestation of nature.
