Buffaloes play an important role in the Egyptian economy.
They appear to be more resistant to skin diseases than cattle, especially skin malignancy, which is extremely rare in bufffaloes. The present report deals with an unusual, huge cutaneous spindle cell tumore in a buffalo. The mass was excised surgically and healing occured successfully. According to the available literature, this type of huge skin spindlepcell tumore in a buffalo has not been recorded previously.
