By using the concept of nuclear softness parameter, the generalized variable moment of
inertia model (GVMI) is reformulated in terms nuclear softness parameter (GVMINS). The
GVMINS model is used in studying the yrast band up to J+ 18+ states in the even-even
nuclei 152 Sm, 192 Os and 248 Cm. By comparison of the obtained results with both the
experimental data and GVMI model and other theoretical results. One finds that the present
results are in good agreement with these ones
