University students problems: A comparison study in Upper Egypt and New Valley

الملخص
The study aims to: Identify the most important educational health, family, psychological, economic, political, sexual, religious and leisure time problems that face university students in Upper Egypt, and New Valley and Assuit - Arrange these problems according to its importance - The individual differences - The differences among ages - The differences between rural and urban - Small, middle, big family differences.
In recognizing these problems, the researcher conducted it on 715 (320) male and (395) female students (ages19,27 years,with normative deviation 1,24). The problems questionnaire was used and measured its reliability and validity in many ways.
The results:
1. There are statistical significant differences among the students in the New Valley and the South of the Valley and Assuit in sensing the educational, health, economic problems and in problems as a whole in favor of the New Valley.
2. There are statistical significant differences among university students in different ages in sensing the educational, health, political problems and problems as a whole in favor of ages (18, 19, 20 +).
3. There are statistical significant differences between males and females in sensing the economic, political, sexual problems in favor of males.
4. There are statistical significant differences between males and females in the health, psychological, and leisure time problems in favor of females.
5. There are statistical significant differences between urban and rural students in sensing the economic problems in favor of rural, and the health and political problems in favor of urban.
6. There are statistical significant differences among big, small, and middle families in sensing the economic and religious problems in favor of big families.
7. Educational problems regarded the most frequency after that economic, religious, psychological, and leisure time problems, within the familial problems considered the last to be recognized by the university students, and the sexual problems have a half way.
