Background:
Hypotension during spinal anesthesia for caesarean delivery is the most common clinical problem. It has a risk factor for adverse maternal and fetal events.
Aim of the study:
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the lower leg compression technique for
reducing spinal induced hypotension risks for mothers and neonates during cesarean delivery.
Materials and methods:
Design:
An experimental design was adopted in the current study.
Setting:
The study was conducted at the cesarean delivery unit in Benha University Hospital during the period from November 2013 to October 2014.
