This study aimed to evaluate mini-FLOTAC technique in diagnosis of intestinal parasites by comparing it with direct smear, formol-ether sedimentation technique, Kato-Katz technique and centrifugal flotation technique. To reach this objective 100 fresh stool samples were collected from patients of different ages and of both sexes, attending the out-patient clinics of Benha Educational Hospitals and Abu El-Resh Hospital. Those patients were complaining of gastrointestinal manifestations. This study was carried out in the period from September 2014 to April 2015.
