In thlS paper we use a radial-circular grid to obtain the order
of approx1~ation between the exact and the approximate solution ot
the fourth order partial dirferential equation on a circle ot a unit
radius. The coordinate runctions are obtained by multiplying the
basic fu~ctions for cne dimensional problems. The error is estimated
in the norm W~2), where '" p < 00.
