الملخص
Purpose: to correlate between mfERG, OCT and Visual field as diagnostic modality in discovering early changes in primary open angle glaucoma.
Patients & Methods: 60 subjects with 65 eyes classified into three groups. Group I (20 normals) included 20 eyes (10 males & 10 females). Group II, (20 glaucoma suspect) included 25 eyes (14 males & 11 females). Group Ill, (20 primary open angle glaucoma) included 20 eyes (14 males & 6 female). All patients underwent ophthalmic examination: CVA, lOP, slit lamp biomicroscopy, gonioscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy, Humphery 24-2 VF, OCT, mfERG.
Results: In VF testing comparison between mean deviation (MD) values in normal and glaucoma suspects there was no significant difference. A significant difference was present between MD values of normal and glaucoma patients P
