This paper proposes a description of the bilingual ontology (Arabic-English) by using a class of object oriented programming to define a concept of noun and verb. Describe the bilingual hierarchy of noun and verb concepts. We have designed a three algorithms of corpus based for bilingual ontology such as: preprocessing, (matching & alignment) and update.
